At Ecoistka Eco Boutique, we welcome payments via American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. For added convenience, we also accept PayPal when applicable.

If you have a preferred payment method not currently listed, please reach out to us via email support@ecoistkabeauty.com and we'll explore the possibilities.

Please be aware that we do not currently accept gift cards, banking gift cards, international credit cards, checks, or money orders.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

For updates on your order status, log in to your Ecoistkabeauty.com account and navigate to the "Order History" section within the "My Account" page. Should you have any inquiries about your order, kindly reach out to our customer care team.

Please include your order number and, if possible, attach the order confirmation email. Rest assured, we'll respond to your inquiry promptly.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders placed on www.ecoistkabeauty.com undergo swift processing and shipping. While we will make every effort to accommodate modifications to your order, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or modifications will be feasible. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any concerns, please reach out to our customer care team here.

RETURNS

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Ecoistka, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we strive to make the return process as smooth as possible.
We can only accept returns of jars that are new, unopened, and unused items purchased from www.ecoistkabeauty.com within 30 days purchase. If the seal of the jar is broken or if the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

HOW DO I PLACE A RETURN?

To initiate a return please contact us through Contact form on this page or use the link on your conformation email.

Note that by clicking on the link you agree to have your personal information relating to the order shared with our third-party vendor, Happy Returns, whose privacy policy is located here and enter the email address that you used when you made your purchase along with your shipping zip code and click “Start Your Return”. Once you access the Return Portal, please choose which item you would like to return and select the reason for return.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS THE RETURN?

Please allow 5–8 business days for your refund to process once your items have been received by our team. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees will not be refunded.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES FOR USA ORDERS?

For orders below $50, the cost of Standard Shipping is $5.95.

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more.
If you prefer expedited shipping, additional options are available for a nominal fee, and the applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.

Please be aware that expedited shipping is applicable for Monday through Friday deliveries, excluding holidays.

HOW WILL MY USA ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

For standard shipping, we utilize USPS and/or UPS Mail Innovations, where the package is initially shipped via UPS and then delivered by your local USPS.

Anticipate your order to arrive within approximately 7-10 business days from the date of purchase (please be aware that Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands may experience extended transit times).

It's important to note that Ecoistka does not ship to freight forwarding companies or export agents.

If you're seeking quicker delivery, expedited shipping options are accessible for an additional fee, with details available at checkout. Do bear in mind that expedited shipping is applicable for Monday through Friday deliveries, excluding holidays.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING TIMEFRAME FOR USA ORDERS?

Anticipate your order to arrive within approximately 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands may experience extended transit times.

Regardless of the selected shipping method, all orders placed after noon EST will be processed on the following business day. Our order processing and shipping occur exclusively from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Kindly allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched.

WHAT IS THE SALES TAX FOR USA ORDERS?

In compliance with legal requirements, we are obligated to collect state sales tax on orders shipped to California and Utah.

The sales tax is calculated based on the total purchase amount, excluding shipping. Your sales tax charges are determined by the specific state to which your order is being shipped.

During the checkout process, all relevant state and local sales taxes will be accurately calculated and presented.
